How it works

From a busy day to a ready report, in 3 steps.

You share it your way, Nimbo puts each thing in its place and, on appointment day, everything is ready to send.

  1. 01Share the day

Talk your way, for as long as you need.

When the day calms down, tap the button and tell how it went: sleep, meals, the hard moment in the afternoon, the new word. In bits and pieces is fine, however it comes out.

    • Record as many voice notes as you want
    • Or type, if you prefer
    • No forms to fill out
  2. 02Nimbo organizes

Sleep, eating, hard moments and wins, each in its place.

Nimbo listens and sorts out what you shared. You check it, adjust anything you want and save the day. Nothing gets lost in the middle of a voice note.

    • You check it before saving
    • Your diary stays on your phone
    • Every win is saved
  3. 03Report ready

At the appointment, no more drawing a blank.

Before the appointment, pick the period and who it's for. Nimbo builds a PDF with the hard moments, the wins, the goals and sleep, ready to send.

    • Pick the period
    • A clean PDF for the therapist
    • Share it by text, email or WhatsApp

Tips and guides

More than a diary. Support every day.

Nimbo looks at your child's week and suggests what might help today. Always with a source, no promises and no guilt.

  • Tip of the day

Changes with what you share: rough nights, more hard moments, refused food or an appointment tomorrow. Always with one simple thing to try today.

  • Activity of the week

For each of your child's goals, a 5- to 15-minute play activity, with step-by-step instructions and why it helps.

  • Guides for the heavy moments

First steps after a diagnosis, your child's rights (IDEA, IEP, Section 504), sleep, picky eating, meltdowns, school and caring for the caregiver.

Every tip has a source: the American Academy of Pediatrics, the CDC, the NIH, the Child Mind Institute and the NHS, England's health service. It's general guidance: your child's care team is still the reference.

Questions

Questions parents ask.

Does Nimbo diagnose?

No. Nimbo is a diary: it organizes what you share so it's easier to talk with the people who care for your child. It doesn't diagnose, treat or recommend medications.

Do the tips replace therapy?

No. They're general guidance, each with its source, from places like the American Academy of Pediatrics and the CDC. They help day to day, but your child's care team is still the reference for any decision.

Do I have to type?

No. You can just talk, for as long as you need and in as many voice notes as you want. You can type too, if you prefer.

Who can see my entries?

Only you. Your diary stays on your phone, and reports only go to the people you choose to send them to. To organize the day and answer your questions, Nimbo sends what you record or type to an AI service, only with your permission. Nimbo has no ads and doesn't sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

How does the free trial work?

You set up your child's profile, share the first day and only then choose a plan. The first 7 days are free, and on day 7 you get the first weekly summary. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Is Nimbo right for my family?

Nimbo was designed for families of children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, speech delay and other differences. During setup, you choose your child's conditions, therapies and up to 3 goals.
